Dr. Howard's Practice
Aeterna Private is Dr. Howard's physician practice inside Aeterna Club. It is hormone and performance medicine with direct primary care — $800 per month.
Private membership includes two visits a year with Dr. Howard, comprehensive labs, a six-month plan, and after-hours access to him. You are not routed through a scheduling system. You call Dr. Howard.
Not Club Membership
Aeterna Private is not Club membership. It is a physician practice. Club amenities — stem cell therapy, ozone therapy, the full five-domain longevity protocol — are available to Private members at the retail fee schedule, not as part of the monthly fee.
If you want the full Club — the Executive Physical, the quarterly battery, the 75-member cap, the coordinated strategy across all five domains — that is a separate path. Private is Dr. Howard's practice. The Club is the environment around it.

Every Aeterna Private journey begins with the Foundation Assessment — $2,000. It includes labs with toxin and mitochondrial testing, body composition, and a one-hour visit with Dr. Howard.
The Foundation Assessment is your entry point. It gives Dr. Howard the data he needs to build your plan — and gives you a clear picture of where you stand.
